ELIGIBILITY TABLE

Criteria	Details
Educational Qualification	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)	21 to 30 years (Born between 01.01.1996 and 31.12.2004). Age relaxation applies for reserved categories.
Experience (as on 31.12.2025)	Minimum 2 years’ experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
Note on Salary Clause	The previous requirement of a minimum salary of ₹9.50 lacs for private bank employees has been removed via corrigendum.
Local Language	Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the applied Circle.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process consists of four distinct phases:

Online Examination: Includes Objective Test (120 marks) and Descriptive Test (50 marks).
Screening: Review of online applications and documents by a Committee to match job profiles.
Interview: Consists of 50 marks. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks.
Local Language Proficiency Test: Conducted for candidates who do not have proof of studying the local language in 10th or 12th standard.
