Admission Details & Eligibility

• Course: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

• Session: 2025-2027

• Institutions: All NCTE-recognized and BSEB-affiliated Private (Non-Government) Colleges in Bihar.

• Selection Criteria: Based on Bihar D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Test 2025 Rank and College Preferences.

How to Download Bihar D.El.Ed Intimation Letter 2025?

• Step 1: Scroll down to the ‘Important Links’ section and click on Download Intimation Letter.

• Step 2: You will be redirected to the official portal www.bsebdeled.com.

• Step 3: Enter your Login ID and Password (as provided during registration).

• Step 4: Your Intimation Letter (Selection Letter) will appear on the screen.

• Step 5: Check your allotted Private College and download the letter for the admission process.

• Note: Selected candidates will also receive an SMS notification on their registered mobile number.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Mandatory Admission: If you want to use the Slide-Up option, you MUST first take admission in the college allotted in the 1st list.

2. Slide-Up Process: If you are not satisfied with the allotted private college, apply for Slide-Up on the portal between Feb 11-16 to be considered for a higher preference in the next list.

3. No Selection in 1st List? Candidates whose names are not in the first list can change or add new college choices from Feb 18 to Feb 20, 2026.
